Perhaps it is not so much that Evil has gained more power over the past 2 years, but that it has become exposed, forced out into the open. For I truly believe that this is a time of cleansing as well as a time of tribulation and testing. For some of us, this means joining a protest or a freedom convoy, for some it simply means refusing to wear a mask or submit to the medical procedure. And for others, it means more of an inner focus, to hold the light as a spiritual warrior. We are each of us called to our own particular path, and there we will find the things laid out for us to do.
"Of mine own self I can do nothing..." But with God, all things are possible.
Coming back to Jesus rather late in life, I can certainly agree with BHerr about the wolves of evil that surround us. We are in a war and without Jesus in our lives, how can we prevail over the ravenous ones? I finally quit trying to understand how George Soros and those of his ilk can sleep at night knowing what they've done. BHerr has it right, they're too far gone to even care -- it bothers them not because they're not human any more.
